Adam McAlpine has been in commercial real estate in the Greater Houston area since 2010. He represents landlords and tenants for leasing and selling office, retail, medical, industrial properties, and land sites. As a Houston native and one who knows his community, Adam uses his local knowledge to match clients' interests with real estate opportunities. While his primary focus is on the Lake Houston area, which includes Kingwood, Humble, and Atascocita, Adam has closed deals throughout Houston, including The Woodlands, Sugar Land, the Galleria, Katy, Conroe, Beaumont, Pasadena, Liberty, Cypress, Spring, New Caney, Tomball, and other surrounding communities. Adam also specializes in property management and currently manages more than 30 properties under the McAlpine Management umbrella. In 2015, Adam earned his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the CCIM Institute, and in 2020 Adam transitioned into the role of the Owner/President of McAlpine Interests.
Adam McAlpine holds a BBA Degree in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler. He graduated magna cum laude in 2008 with his BBA and graduated with his MBA in 2010. While completing graduate school at the University of Texas at Tyler, Adam finished his tenure as a collegiate soccer player and team captain. During that time, he earned the CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Men's Soccer Academic All-District Team and Male Student-Athlete of the Year for the American Southwest Conference. In 2019 Adam was inducted into the UT Tyler Hall of Fame for his soccer career.
Adam is a member of Partnership Lake Houston, where he currently resides on the Board of Directors. He completed the Lake Houston Area Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Lake Houston program in 2013 and has led Economic Development Days for Leadership Lake Houston, in addition to serving on various Chamber committees. He served as the Program Chair for the Leadership Lake Houston program for multiple years.
Additionally, Adam currently serves on the Board of Directors for First Financial Bank, as well as the Board of Governors for The Clubs of Kingwood (ClubCorp). He is a member of Second Baptist Church in Kingwood, where he attends with his wife and two sons and is involved in coaching various youth sports.
